Customer information and privacy

Maolea collects information that customers provide for enquiries and orders, including contact details, delivery information, order details and payment-related confirmations.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to customers, process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent misuse, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.

Payment and service providers

A customer's name, contact details, order reference and amount may be sent to PayFast to process payment. Card numbers, CVVs, PINs, passwords and OTPs must be entered only on the authorised secure payment page. Maolea does not ask customers to send those security details by message or store them on this website.

Customer information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed for payment, communication or delivery, or where law requires it.

Customer requests

Customers may contact orders@maolea.co.za to ask about, correct or request deletion of their information, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
