Orders and availability

Submitting checkout creates an order request, not automatic acceptance. Maolea may confirm or decline an order based on product availability, the delivery service area and payment status.

Prices and payment

Products are charged in South African rand. Prices and the configured delivery fee are checked by the server before payment. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Online payments are processed by PayFast. A browser return page or payment screenshot does not by itself prove payment. An order is treated as paid only after Maolea receives and verifies the secure payment notification.

Delivery and refunds

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Delivery timing is confirmed after review. The separate Delivery Information and Refund and Returns Policy form part of these terms.

Website use and privacy

The website may not be misused, copied for unlawful purposes or used to interfere with the service. Customer data is handled as described in Maolea's Privacy Policy.
